How to get here
Route 138, then seaplane.
The Lac Holt Outfitter is located at the heart of the Lower North Shore, in the Gulf of St. Lawrence, northeast of Havre-Saint-Pierre.
Take Route 138 to La Base du Lac des Plaines, the seaplane departure point. From there, a 35-minute flight over pristine wilderness brings you directly to our lodge.
The lodge is reachable only by plane. On arrival, your guide or a team member will meet you on the beach and take you to your chalet.

Just a 40-minute flight from Havre-Saint-Pierre, the Lac Holt Fishing Lodge is nestled in the breathtaking wilderness of the Lower North Shore. At the heart of our lodge is the Watshishou River, home to the freshwater salmon (landlocked).
Three interconnected lakes — Watshishou, Big Holt, and Little Holt — are linked by stunning whitewater features, rapids, waterfalls, and deep pools, creating ideal feeding grounds for salmon and trout.
To preserve the pristine beauty of our lodge, we voluntarily limit the number of visitors. When you're here, you'll feel like you have the entire place to yourself.
