When you submit a reservation or contact form on our site, we collect:

• Your phone number (optional)
• The preferred dates and number of guests

We do not collect any sensitive information (health, finances, etc.) through this site.

• Respond to your inquiry or reservation request

4. SMS consent

• Vercel (United States) — site hosting
• Transactional email provider — reservation notifications

These third parties are contractually bound to confidentiality and security standards consistent with Quebec requirements. Some host data in the United States; by using our forms you consent to this international transfer.

Our site uses cookies:

• Analytics cookies — anonymous statistics to improve the site. Active only with your consent.
